Diamond Learning Solutions is a company established by Stephen Diamond, an experienced professional with more than 20 years of knowledge in enterprise learning, SAP and organisational change.

Stephen is convinced that technology is not enough for change to be achieved. The key to success lies in helping individuals understand how to implement the systems in their routine. True success occurs when people are enabled to use systems in their daily activities through the appropriate learning and support.

In many SAP projects all over the world, financial processes and learning strategies development, Stephen tried to solve the problem of the discrepancy between the system installation and people using them. This pragmatic view on the matter resulted in the creation of Diamond Learning Solutions in 2004.

There was a definite mission behind the formation of this organization- to facilitate successful transformation through learning design and training delivery along with achieving better performances.

With the passage of time, Stephen has been involved in facilitating 24 SAP implementations in 80 different countries and more than 500,000 learners have gained confidence in enterprise settings because of him. And even today his efforts revolve around enhancing capability and adopting simplified learning through Digital Learning Consultancy in London and elsewhere.
